1. Go to either Board or school level and go to Menu, setup, Marks and Comments, Term dates
2. Select the term you wish to limit access for and edit
3. Set the date for “Publish comment to parents/students on:” also “Publish marks to parents/students on:”
This will limit the access until the date you specify for the students/parents to see the marks and comments.
