How to Access and Create a Support Ticket on Edsembli

1. Login to "https://sis.support.edsembli.com/en/support/login".

2. Click "Tickets" on the Top bar.


After login into SIS Support portal, you can go to Tickets to see either the status of your previous tickets or open a new support request.



3. Click "New Support Ticket" to create a New Support ticket.


4. Enter the Subject.

       IMPORTANT: once the subject is entered a list of related articles will display on the side bar with possible Knowledge                                    based articles that can provide already the answers to the ticket. 



                         



5. Complete all mandatory fields, marked with an asterix  "*".




 
Enter the information about the issue and include screenshots (if possible). It is also important to give as much information you can provide with examples.





9. Set the Priority following the SLA definition:

 11. Submit your ticket to Support.  You will receive an email with the ticket created and any time there is any update on the ticket.
