GOAL: To provide an error and resolution overview of a T4andT4A Print List Error: “The File Exists”.

PROCESS > COMPLETED > ERROR:

RESOLUTION STEPS:

If you go to C Drive > Users > Service.QA > AppData > Local > Temp and delete the files, try to run the process again on your side.

**If you delete all the files here, it should allow the process to run**

NOTE: The 'Service.QA' might differ on your side however you can go under IIS and see which user under the Application Pools > Default App Pool - it will be listed under Identity.

We have found that once that file reaches over 65,000 files this now exceeds a hard limit on the Windows File system, and you need to Delete All here to go back to 0.

Even if the file limit is not quite reached here, if there was a large number, we would recommend trying to delete the files as we have seen certain instances where it appears the Hex Digits at the end might be duplicating.
